Mac and cheese part two

How to make continued:

6. Bake 45 minutes or until top is crisp and beginning to brown. Let stand ten minutes before serving.

                                              Ingredients:

1. 10 ounces medium elbow macaroni.
2. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for brushing pan.
3. 2 tablespoons unbleached white flour.
4. 2 1/2 cups low fat milk.
5. 2 1/4 cups grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, divided.



                     And that's how you make mac and cheese. Enjoy!

Mac and cheese part one



Mac And Cheese is a delicious cheesy meal served for lunch or dinner. It is a quick meal that soothes all hungriness.

                                                   Mac And Cheese Recipe:

How to make: 
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook macaroni according to package directions until drain.
3. Melt two tbsp butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook one minute. Add milk, cook six minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. 
4. Remove from heat, stir in 1 1/2 cup cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over noodles and combine.
5. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
